My aim is to inspire and motivate people to lead a more active healthy life through physical activity and good nutritional choices.

I do not believe in fad exercise programs and diets. I have always taken a holistic approach to health and fitness and believe that exercise, nutrition and recovery together form the foundations of building and maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle.

I continually get asked about my training, nutrition and lifestyle so I built this site as a resource for everyone that wants to find out more about what I do and recommend. There will be lots of free information and advice in my blog and also online coaching, personal training and my consultancy services available through the personal training section of the site.
