Lee is a fitness professional, firefighter, athlete and model based in London, UK.
He was born in South Wales where he grew up the eldest of four brothers before moving to Leicester to study at Leicester University. He played rugby at county level and later semi professionally, he also represented Wales Internationally with the National basketball team.
Following University he moved to London where he joined the fire service and became a full time firefighter, rising to the rank of Station Officer and gaining skills in a number of specialist areas.
“I love the fact that its an active job, everyday is different and you never know what to expect when the bells go down! It's also immensely rewarding when you help someone, it makes you feel that you are really doing something positive and making a difference in the community. I feel I am in a very privileged position to be part of the service.”
After joining the fire service Lee began competing in firefighter fitness competitions. He has traveled all over the World representing the British National Team at the World Firefighter Games, Firefighter Combat Challenge and Toughest Firefighter Alive competitions. He has held the title of London’s Fittest Firefighter for a record six years and is the current title holder. Lee has also been involved with raising money for a number of firefighter and other charities in the UK and the US. In September 2011 he and two friends purchased an old British fire engine and shipped it to New York for the ten-year anniversary of 9/11. They then drove the fire engine across the States to Los Angeles raising money along the way before donating the engine to a small town in Nicaragua where it was put back into service to protect the local community.

“Health, fitness and sports have been a massive part of my life for as long as I can remember and growing up the guy on the cover of Men’s Health Magazine was the ultimate example of that for me, a goal to strive towards. To make it to the cover myself is a great honour and confirmation for me that the training and lifestyle choices I’ve made have been positive in helping me achieve that goal.”
